Return & Exchange Policy

At Chimera Pro, we value your satisfaction with our products and services. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy, which outlines the terms and conditions regarding the return of items purchased from our platform.

Our return and exchange policy allows you a grace period of 14 days from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we won't be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • It shouldn't be a sale item

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Products classified as intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Partial refunds may be granted under specific situations, including:

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a certain timeframe (Usually 5-10 business days after approval).

In case you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank; processing time is often required before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.

We only offer exchanges for items that are found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at contact@chimerapro.com. Our support team will provide you with further instructions.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the item's value. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to later give to you, we will process a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our email address, contact@chimerapro.com. Our support team will provide you with instructions.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For more valuable items, it is recommended to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
